Christmas is right around the corner and there are tons of job openings to choose which will help you get started on your Christmas list. As I see it, the month of September is the best time to get a job especially if you have a large family to shop for. Since I've been laying low for sometime, I decided to let my previous blog hit the fan and crumble because it was only generating $10 per month. For that reason, I felt like it wasn't worth my time and hard-work to continue something most people didn't have interest in. So, I focused more on what I really wanted in life while searching for an hourly position that would allow me to work from home. To my surprise, I was able to accomplish this goal within a matter of 3 weeks. If you are anything like me you don't want to go out into the world and risk being caught up in a dangerous situation that wasn't relevant to you and you definitely don't want to go out looking for a job that you will eventually spend more than half your paycheck on gas to get there.
During my search, I found numerous of places that enables you to work remotely for hourly pays. Some of these companies allow you to earn incentives, bonus and much more! Below is a list of work from home customer service jobs that are must see!
Sitel!
This company just hired me to work for their Starbucks campaign! Yes, they have hundreds of clients and it's likely you'll find something that interest you as far as work from home CSR goes. Most of their positions start at $9 per hour with benefits accessible to those who work full time. Depending on the campaign you choose, Sitel may provide a CPU. On the contrary, you will need to purchase your own monitor as well as have internet that meets their client's minimum speed. You must be available for training no matter what! If you feel like you won't be able to attend their training session, it would be best to wait until you are open to do so.
I have searched all over the internet to see what previous and current employees had to say about Sitel's work ethic! To my surprise, I found more positive than negative. So I think this company is a go! The application process is a bit lengthy, however I think the process is well worth the try especially during this time of year! If you are interested in applying click here to get started!
After successfully completing your application, if they believe you are a great candidate for 1 or more of their campaigns be expecting to receive an invitation to interview by email within at least 3 days! You may even get a second interview!
West At Home!
I've applied to this company before I applied to Sitel, but haven't heard anything back from them. I did do tons of research on this company as well. According to the comments made by obvious previous employees of this company,
the opportunity to advance isn't likely and they start off at your states minimum wage. You will also find yourself fighting for hours during off-peak seasons. However, you do get to make your own schedule and training is provided. I've even read the supervisors are very nice and understanding! Want to apply here? Click West AT Home
USA Contact Point
The application process to this one isn't as lengthy as the ones listed above. However, USA Contact Point's application process is very unique. Once you have completed filling your application, you will be taking to training right then. Once you have reviewed everything, you will be taking a test! You will only get two chances to pass their test meeting the minimum ( I believe of 80%). Once you have pass the test you will be allowed to begin work.
You will be making your own schedule and must work at least 95% of your scheduled shift. This company pays you for the minutes talked at $.35 per minute ( it could be more or less). If you don't talk, you don't get paid and from what I've heard about this company they give calls to do who are successful at retention. So, if you are person who don't know who to persuade people to stick with their credit monitoring services then you are likely to earn less than your states minimum wage. Apply here if you are interested1
Sykes!
Sykes is the last company I'd applied to for customer service. They offer different campaigns as well and you must be able to meet their minimum requirements. Their application process is average and is easy to understand. during the end of your application, you will need to complete your voice audition. I think you are allowed to redo your voice audtion 3 times before accepting. I've heard great things about this company. For one pay is decent and support is 100% ready to help you solve any technical issues. I've also heard the supervisors are nice as well. Ready to apply? Click here!
